Today, most manufacturing companies and enterprises have to approach new technologies and production methods, requiring more systematic ways of seeing and solving problems in the context of competitive productivity, quality, and price. Therefore, the demand for doctoral training in Industrial and Systems Engineering is increasing to meet the purposes of research and work in the field of manufacturing and services.
In response to that demand, International University, VNUHCM decided to open a program in Industrial and Systems Engineering at the doctoral level. The program is designed to train lecturers for universities and colleges, and researchers for research institutes or laboratories of enterprises who have teaching competence, research competence, and scientific publication capacity to contribute to the development of science and technology in the field of Industrial and Systems Engineering and other related fields.
